It was noted that in 2025, US military aid to Ukraine decreased by almost 99 percent. According to Ukraine Support Tracker, in previous years Washington allocated an average of 17.3 billion euros in military aid, as well as 13.3 billion euros in financial and humanitarian aid annually.
However, in 2025, only one military aid package worth €0.4 billion was recorded, and no new financial or humanitarian commitments were announced. This situation means that the center of gravity in the support system for Ukraine is changing: a large influx is forced to come not "from one side," but more "from several sides."
At the same time, it is reported that the assistance provided by the European Union has increased by 67%. As a result, the total volume of aid directed to Kyiv has remained at a level close to previous years. Now the main question is: will this growth be maintained for a long time, or will the list of "bearers" change again in 2026.
