The case concerns Tajik citizens Shamsiddin Fariduniy, Dalerjon Mirzoev, Muhammadsobir Faizov and Saidakromi Rajabalizoda - they are accused of a number of articles of the Criminal Code, including committing a terrorist attack.

The state prosecutor has also requested life imprisonment for 11 people whom investigators believe helped the perpetrators. Four other defendants were sentenced to terms of imprisonment ranging from 19 years and 11 months to 22 years and 10 months.

It should be noted that a terrorist attack occurred at Crocus City Hall on March 22, 2024, a few minutes before the start of the Picnic concert.
According to the information, four armed individuals broke into the building, opened fire on the audience, and then set fire to it. The fire spread quickly, covering an area of more than 13,000 square meters, and it took about a day to completely extinguish it.
