US President Donald Trump made a sharp statement toward Iran, calling on it to “unconditionally surrender”.
On his account on the Truth Social social network, he wrote that there will be no agreement with Iran except unconditional surrender.
According to Trump, after surrender and after a new “acceptable leader (or leaders)” is chosen, the United States together with its allies and partners will work tirelessly to make Iran economically even bigger, better and stronger than before.
The US president also noted that Iran is awaiting a “great future”.
A day earlier, Trump said that he should take part in selecting Iran’s new leadership.
