Iran has changed its strategy: switched to small strikes tactics

According to the Financial Times, Iran has changed its military tactics and has reduced the intensity of missile attacks in strategic directions and switched to the economical use of weapons. Now, instead of mass and large-scale strikes, Tehran is focusing on the concept of “small strikes”. This method allows strikes to be distributed throughout the day, which allows the enemy to maintain constant pressure, reduce the risk of detection of launch devices and effectively use available resources.

Experts say that Iran is currently implementing a “survival strategy”, trying to extend its existing reserves for a longer period of time. At the same time, Tehran does not yet use modern and highly powerful missile systems - perhaps because it faces difficulties in maintaining a strategic reserve or effectively using them under constant surveillance.

Iran's ability to replenish its reserves is also limited: strikes on warehouses and production facilities are consuming new weapons faster than they can be produced. Analysts estimate that Iran may resume firing in the short term, but will not be able to return to its previous level of attack intensity.

In short, Tehran's desire to conserve resources through a strategy of "small strikes" and conduct its military operations in a continuous and controlled manner is further complicating the geopolitical situation in the region.
