Pakistani artist creates sand portrait of Ali Khamenei (video)

On the first day of the escalating conflict in the Middle East, a Pakistani artist created a giant portrait of Iranian Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who was killed by US and Israeli forces on February 28. The man created the sand artwork on a beach. The images were shown by Iran's Fars news agency, and the material was translated by aif.ru.
The Pakistani artist wrote: "This sand portrait is a small tribute to a person who left an eternal legacy. Every grain of sand represents respect and reminds us of a legacy that inspires us."
The images show the artist lying on the sand by the water, and then moving away with a drone to fully display the artwork. Under the portrait of the former supreme leader, there is an inscription: "Great Leader Khamenei."
