Great Wall Motor has officially unveiled its new Haval Big Dog model for 2026. The sales of this refreshed crossover will begin on July 17 in China, according to Kursiv.media.
This is a redesigned and modernized version of the previous model, with key updates focused on the exterior design and interior.
The front radiator grille has been updated, but the retro-style LED headlights have been retained. The headlights are now 20% brighter. The rear lights are decorated with an L-shaped LED strip.
The vehicle comes in five colors: blue, green, white, gray, and black. The side profile remains mostly unchanged — rectangular body, traditional door handles, and a roof-mounted cargo rack.
The interior features a new D-shaped steering wheel, a 14.6-inch central display, and GWM’s Coffee OS 3 system. It also includes a 9-inch HUD display and a digital instrument panel.
The dimensions remain the same as the 2024 model — 4620×1890×1780 mm.
The Haval Big Dog crossover has been in production since 2020 and has sold over 600,000 units to date. As of May 2025, more than 10,000 units were sold every month for 12 consecutive months.
The price of the new model has not yet been announced, but the 2024 version starts at $17,000 in the Chinese market.
According to UzAvtoSanoat AJ, 1,700 Haval-branded vehicles were sold in Uzbekistan from January to May 2025.
The new Big Dog not only impresses with its exterior design but also meets modern users’ needs with its advanced interior technologies.
