In accordance with the presidential decree, the procedure for paying financial penalties for entrepreneurs has been simplified and eased.
According to it, if 50 percent of the fine is paid voluntarily within 1 month from the date of application, the remaining part will not be collected.
The possibility of paying the fine in equal installments over 6 months is also being introduced. This will help reduce the financial burden on entrepreneurs.
If the fine is canceled or found to be unjustified by a court decision, the paid funds will be returned within 15 days. It is also established that interest is accrued on the amount not returned within the specified period based on the Central Bank rate.
