— My return this year was a very nostalgic and emotional moment. I came here with my father for the Tashkent Film Festival a few years ago. At that time, the great Mr. Raj Kapoor, Mr. Shammi Kapoor, Mr. Shashi Kapoor, my father, mother, and sister were also with me. When I spoke to them this morning, I told them how sincerely people still remember them. I told my father that we should come to Tashkent at least once again, that here we can feel the true love for us and India, says the actor.

A representative of the Bachchan dynasty spoke about trying Uzbek cuisine

— I went to bed very late the day I arrived in Tashkent, so I only had time to eat pilaf. In Hindi, we call pilaf “pualo”, and here they say “pilaf”. I really liked it, it tasted great. The samsa was also wonderful, I really liked it.

Indian film star said he would like to act in Uzbek films

— I really want to not only share Uzbek films with my people, but also to act in Uzbek films. I would like to have such an opportunity, the actor says sincerely.
