Famous Hollywood actress and director Angelina Jolie arrived in Ukraine on a humanitarian visit. This was reported by the country's media.
According to reports, he visited medical facilities in Kherson and spoke with doctors and patients there. Jolie's visit took place as part of UNICEF's mission as "ambassador of goodwill."
Sources indicate that the actress also visited the military conscription office in the Mykolaiv region on her way to Kherson. The reason for this was the temporary detention of his Ukrainian guard.
Jolie is not visiting Ukraine for the first time. He also visited Lviv in April 2022, where he met with children affected by the war and visited the refugee center.
The actress's trip to Kherson was organized to provide material and moral support to the population of the war-affected regions and to draw the attention of the world community to the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine.
According to observers, through this trip, Jolie not only provided moral encouragement to medical professionals but also once again demonstrated global solidarity to the people of Ukraine.
