During an interview, actress Maftuna Shokirova was asked: “If there were an opportunity, which actor would you like to perform with as a partner?” While answering the question, the artist first emphasized her respect for Uzbek actors.
“First of all, I would name our own actors, because I respect them. If I had the opportunity to choose, I would like to act together with Bobur Yo‘ldashov,” the actress said.
The journalist then asked an additional question: “Why exactly Bobur Yo‘ldashov?”
Maftuna Shokirova replied as follows: “Because I really like the roles he has performed. He interprets each character differently, his roles are diverse and meaningful. Most importantly, there are many aspects in his performances that I can learn from,” she said.
At the end of the conversation, the actress concluded: “If I had the chance to act together with this actor, it would be a great experience for me, and of course, I would learn a lot from him.”
