Despite taking several breaks from the arts, Lola Yo‘ldosheva has not lost her place in the spotlight. She was born on September 4, 1985, in the city of Samarkand. Her father, Ravshanbek Yo‘ldoshev, worked for many years as an investigator in the internal affairs bodies. Due to his passion for the arts, he founded the Tarona Records production company, which has discovered many young talents.
Lola first gained fame at the age of 10 thanks to the “Shiribom” commercial, and she began her creative career in 2002 with the song “Netayin”. After that, she signed a contract with a Russian producer and performed for some time under the stage name “Maya”.
In 2004, Lola played her first major role in the film “Sevinch”. Her acting skills were highly praised by both fans and film critics. Her role in the 2005 film “Kelgindi Kuyov” brought her even greater fame. Following this success, Lola appeared in several other films.
In 2005, Lola married a Tashkent-based entrepreneur named Shohrukh and left the world of art for an indefinite period. They have two children: Shahinabegim and Shohdiyor. In 2011, Lola and Shohrukh divorced due to disagreements.
In 2011, she returned to show business with a new concert program titled “Senga”. On February 24, 2015, Lola received a warning from “Uzbeknavo” for appearing in an open red outfit deemed “contrary to national mentality” while performing the duet “Ko‘nikmadim” at Rayhon’s concert.
After divorcing her first husband, the singer married again in 2017. Currently, she has three children.
After her final concert held in 2025, Lola stepped away from the artistic stage and also stopped her activity on social networks. She cleared her Instagram page and addressed her fans with a short yet touching message: “See you again.”
