Dilfuza Ismoilova speaks openly about copyright

Famous artist Dilfuza Ismoilova shared interesting thoughts about her творчество in an interview on the “Navo mehmon’da” project, surprising her fans.
The host asked the singer: “Do you claim copyright when others perform your songs? Because many people are singing your songs.”
In response, the singer sincerely said:
“No, I am not against it. Nowadays, the number of people performing my songs has increased a lot. There are even those who give concerts using my name and voice without changing it. But I stay silent. Let them succeed. It’s enough if they just say a prayer for me. What is there to be jealous of?”
When asked, “Do they ask for your permission?” she smiled and replied:
“Yes, even young men ask. I tell them: ‘Go ahead and sing.’ Let them enjoy it. If they earn money from it and bring bread to their families, that’s fine. Why should I lower myself by arguing about copyright?”
According to the artist, her biggest dream is for her songs to be heard worldwide:
“I would be happy if my songs were sung all over the world. That is my intention. Only my new songs should wait a little before being performed".
The singer’s sincere and open statements received warm reactions on social media and sparked active discussions among fans.
