In January-February 2026, a total of 909,951 mobile devices were imported to Uzbekistan from 13 foreign countries. This was reported by the National Statistics Committee.
It is noted that the total value of imported phones amounted to 175.4 million US dollars. This figure is 357.4 thousand units or 64.7% more than in the same period last year.
The main share of phone imports came from China, from which 704,353 devices were imported. Additionally, 183,996 phones were imported from Vietnam, and 12,572 from India.
In addition, 4,924 units were delivered from the Republic of Korea, 1,923 from Kyrgyzstan, and 1,582 from Indonesia. The remaining 601 phones came from other countries.
