“Mineral water is undoubtedly beneficial, but it should be consumed in moderation — no more than 150 ml twice a day. At the same time, water with medium mineralization is considered preferable,” says the expert.
The beneficial effect of water also depends on its chemical composition. For example, bicarbonate mineral water helps improve digestion, while sulfate and magnesium waters help regulate intestinal function. Calcium-rich mineral water is considered beneficial for bone tissue.
However, the important point is that mineral water can never completely replace medical treatment. It is used only as a supportive element. The personal choice depends on the general health condition, the body's needs, and medical recommendations.
