Eggs are considered an integral part of a healthy diet. However, their excessive consumption in boiled form can, in some cases, negatively affect human health.

First of all, egg yolks contain a high amount of cholesterol. If consumed in large quantities, this can lead to cholesterol buildup in blood vessels and increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

In addition, some people may experience allergic reactions to eggs. In such cases, skin rashes, itching, or gastrointestinal discomfort may occur.

Excessive consumption of boiled eggs can cause digestive difficulties and a feeling of heaviness in some people. Therefore, doctors recommend consuming eggs in moderation — no more than 1–2 per day.

Of course, in general, boiled eggs are considered a healthy food, but for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and young children, there are also some negative aspects.

For pregnant women:

- Salmonella risk: if the egg is not cooked properly, bacteria may cause infection. This is very dangerous for pregnant women.

- Excess cholesterol may raise blood pressure and negatively affect the cardiovascular system.

For breastfeeding mothers:

- In some mothers, eggs may cause allergic reactions, and this condition may also affect the baby through breast milk.

- Excessive consumption can lead to digestive difficulties and worsen inflammatory processes.

For young children:

- Eggs are not recommended for infants under one year old, as they have a higher risk of allergy.

- If consumed in large quantities, eggs may cause constipation or digestive problems in children.

Therefore, doctors recommend that pregnant and breastfeeding women consume eggs only fully cooked and in moderation (no more than 1 per day). For children, eggs should be introduced gradually, starting from a certain age, and only under a doctor’s advice.
