A girl who insulted Tashkent residents was subjected to administrative punishment. Kun.uz got acquainted with the court decision.

According to the court decision, N.Kh., born in 2000, was a 3rd-year student at the ISFT Institute. On February 4, 2025, videos were posted on Instagram and Telegram social networks showing her insulting the residents of Tashkent with various obscene words.

When asked to come to the Internal Affairs Department building regarding her case, N.Kh. refused and did not comply with the lawful demands of the Internal Affairs Department officers. Therefore, a report on an administrative offense was drawn up against her.

N.Kh. pleaded guilty in court and stated that she had been drugged 4 times, which is why she gets angry easily.

“I actually posted the video that was shared on my Instagram page a month ago and deleted it after 5 minutes. My page is a closed account, and no one except my acquaintances can follow it.

On the day of the incident, I called a taxi to go to the institute. On the way, the taxi driver asked me where I was originally from. He told me, "Since you and people like you came from the provinces, there has always been traffic jams in Tashkent, and I am giving you a cheaper fare because you are a girl.” After that, I got angry and posted the video on my page. This video belonged to some taxi drivers in Tashkent. Some bloggers only cut out the offensive parts of the video and distributed it,” the student said in her testimony.

Also, N.H. He expressed regret for his actions and asked the court to grant him leniency, stating that he would not repeat such situations again.

By a decision of the Yunusabad District Court for Criminal Cases dated February 10, 2025, N.Kh. was found guilty of committing an offense under Article 183 (Petty hooliganism) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. He was sentenced to 10 days of administrative detention.

The administrative offense case against N.Kh. under Part 1 of Article 194 (Failure to comply with the lawful requirements of an employee of the internal affairs bodies) of the Code of Administrative Offenses was terminated due to lack of evidence. Follow “Zamin” news on “Telegram”
