Dilfuza Ismailova became a victim of a fraudster: the court verdict was issued

We previously reported that the famous singer Dilfuza Ismailova suffered a large amount of damage as a result of fraud. The trial opened on this unfortunate incident has come to an end and the verdict has been read out against the guilty party.

According to the Tashkent city courts, the defendant M.Zh. will be fully compensated for the damage caused to the singer Dilfuza Ismailova. According to the court verdict, he will compensate the singer for the damage caused in the amount of 80 thousand US dollars (1 billion 35 million 848 thousand soums at the exchange rate on the day of the verdict).

It turned out that the defendant caused damage not only to the singer, but also to several other citizens through fraud. According to Ismailova's lawyer Zebo Komilova, the culprit initially participated in the "talk" organized by the singer and thus gained her trust.

Later, he introduced himself as a successful entrepreneur engaged in importing and selling citrus fruits from abroad. He told the singer that he was making about $25-30 thousand in profit from each truck. Believing these words, Dilfuza Ismailova agreed to his proposal, saying: "I also want to do this business, I am ready to invest," and they agreed to share the profits equally. However, as a result, the singer fell into the trap of the fraudster and suffered huge losses.

The defendant was found guilty under Article 168, Part 4, Clause “a” (fraud on a large scale) and Article 228, Part 2, Clause “b” (forgery of documents) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and was sentenced to 6 years and 4 months in prison.

It should be recalled that a court verdict was also read out recently against the person who stole the car of the famous comedian Shukrullo Isroilov. Although the comedian’s son stated that he had no claim against the culprit, the court sentenced him to 2 years in prison. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
