A tax inspector and an employee of the Forensic Expertise Center were caught

A criminal case has been opened against a tax inspector in Khorezm and an employee of a forensic examination center in Kashkadarya.

A state tax inspector of the Yangiarik district state tax inspectorate of the Khorezm region was detained with material evidence while receiving $900 through his close contacts in exchange for liquidating a LLC engaged in the production and wholesale of knitwear products on the basis of bankruptcy, without collecting tax debts.

A criminal case has been opened against the tax inspector under Article 168, Part 3, Subparagraph “c” of the Criminal Code, and an investigation is underway.

In the case observed in Kashkadarya region, a resident of Yakkabag district, born in 1985, with a previous conviction, was detained while receiving 1,500 US dollars from the farm manager in exchange for eliminating the damage of 99 million soums, which was determined by the illegal connection and use of water supply by a farm specializing in livestock farming, through experts from the relevant organization.

Also, urgent measures were continued, and an expert from the Kashkadarya regional branch of the Republican Forensic Center named after Kh. Sulaymonova was detained with material evidence while receiving this 1,500 US dollars.

Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against the citizen and the expert under Article 168, Part 3, Clause “c” and Article 28,211, Part 1 of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being conducted. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
