In Uzbekistan, a completely new system - UGaz - has been launched at automobile gas filling compressor stations using modern digital technologies. According to information released by the Ministry of Energy, this innovation was implemented by the "Unified Integrator Uzinfocom" and is considered a significant reform due to the system's efficiency, transparency, and security.
Through UGaz, processes at each gas filling station are recorded in real time. Such a mechanism practically eliminates the need for manual accounting, strengthens control, and prevents the occurrence of illegal situations. Most importantly, this ensures consumer safety and creates an atmosphere of openness and trust in service processes.
Every vehicle arriving at the station is automatically checked: it is immediately determined whether its technical inspection deadline has not expired, whether the cylinder has been registered, and whether the fuel type matches. If a discrepancy or delay is detected as a result of the inspection, the system will immediately send a message to the operator.
The Ministry emphasized that the distribution of natural gas through UGaz is fully transparent. This will serve to accurately record gas volumes at these stations, prevent illegal use, and increase the efficiency of the system. At the same time, the activities of each column and the employees working there will be monitored online.
This system is integrated not only with the Ministry of Energy, but also with several interested structures - the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Tax Committee, JSC "Toshshahartranskhizmat," the "Energonazorat" platform, and One ID. This means that all data will be controlled through a single system, which will further strengthen transparency and legality in the field of gas distribution.
According to experts, UGaz not only regulates gas filling processes, but also improves the quality of service and raises the entire system to a new level. This is considered an important step towards the effective use of energy resources and increasing the level of security in the country.
