The press service of the Kibray district administration has issued an informational statement. According to the statement, information has spread on social media that a house where residents of the “Sohibkor” neighborhood in Kibray district live was illegally demolished.
It was reported that the homeowner was not notified prior to the demolition. However, the administration noted that road expansion and landscaping works are being carried out in this area.
For this reason, the veranda of the house, which has an area of 150 square meters, was demolished. It was emphasized that the demolition was carried out by mutual agreement with the homeowner.
The value of the property was appraised at market price, and the appropriate compensation was fully paid to the homeowner; the process was conducted with the consent of the citizen. The administration asked social media users and mass media to thoroughly investigate the situation and refrain from spreading unsubstantiated information.
