A 19-year-old waiter B.D., residing in Tashkent city, sent his 18-year-old colleague A.Sh. a video via Telegram showing inappropriate parts of his body.

Together with this video, he also sent messages of inappropriate content urging the girl to establish an intimate relationship. According to the ruling issued on October 30 by the Mirabad District Administrative Court, these actions were assessed as "sexual harassment" under Article 41-1, Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and he was sentenced to 5 days of administrative arrest.
