Reasons for family divorces in Uzbekistan explained

Last year, 45,135 divorces were registered in Uzbekistan. 28.5% of these divorces occurred among citizens under the age of 30.

The highest number of divorces was recorded in Tashkent city (5,913 cases). The main reasons for divorces are as follows: 54% - incompatibility of character (17,535 cases); 6% - entering new relationships (1,807 cases); 4% - not being ready for marriage (1,222 cases); 3% - mutual distrust (1,033 cases).

In addition, it is noted that 7,499 divorce cases were registered due to family quarrels.
