Today, November 7, the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, participated in the “C5+1” summit held at the White House in the USA. During the summit, Mirziyoyev made an important appeal to former US President Donald Trump.
“Only you can stop the war between Russia and Ukraine,” said Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Donald Trump. The President of Uzbekistan called Trump the “president of peace” and emphasized that he had succeeded in ending many military conflicts.
It should be noted that establishing peace between Russia and Ukraine is considered a strategic task for Trump. He has already held several negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
However, so far, the parties have not been able to reach an agreement on peace terms. Ukraine does not agree to end the war on Russia’s terms, and Russia, believing in its own strength, is not willing to make concessions.
