Entrepreneur’s special equipment seized over tax debt

As LLC “X.K” failed to pay a tax debt exceeding five hundred million soums, enforcement proceedings were initiated by the Gallaorol District Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau pursuant to a decision of the Jizzakh Regional Tax Department.

State enforcement officers froze the company’s bank accounts and imposed restrictions on its property. Following a search, special cargo equipment located at mines belonging to the debtor was found and seized as an additional source for debt recovery.

If the debt is not fully repaid, this equipment will be sold at auction and the proceeds will be used to cover the tax arrears.
