Tax debt not paid on time — company property put up for auction

Based on the decision of the Chilonzor District State Tax Inspectorate dated 19.08.2025, state enforcement officer S. Samandarov of the Bureau’s Chilonzor District Department initiated enforcement proceedings to recover 129,451,000 soums in tax debt from LLC “T.G.S.Q.M.”.

As the debt was not paid within the voluntary period:

🔹 a hold was placed on the company’s bank accounts,

🔹 a “Hyundai HD 260” special-purpose vehicle was seized,

🔹 it was valued at 1,681,000,000 soums and put up for electronic auction.

Failure to pay taxes on time leads to the application of compulsory enforcement measures against property.
