Based on an enforcement document handled by the Uchtepa district department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, a debt of 90,184.9 thousand soums was to be recovered from debtor F.R. in favor of claimant P.S.

The enforcement document was received by the department on March 14, 2026, and enforcement proceedings were initiated on the same day. In accordance with legislation, the debtor was granted a 15-day period for voluntary payment. However, the debtor failed to make the payment within the specified timeframe.

Following this, state executors implemented compulsory enforcement measures. Specifically, the debtor's right to travel abroad was temporarily restricted, and inquiries were sent to relevant organizations to identify their assets. According to the responses received, it was determined that no official property was registered in the debtor's name.

On April 6, 2026, a visit was made to the debtor's residence, where the necessity of complying with the court decision and the legal consequences of non-compliance were explained in detail. Additionally, an undertaking to repay the debt was obtained from the debtor.

As a result of consistent and effective enforcement actions, the debt of 90,184.9 thousand soums was fully repaid by the debtor on April 20, 2026.

On April 21, 2026, the recovered funds were transferred to the claimant's bank card based on their application. Thus, the interests of the citizen were ensured.
