Driver who colluded with delinquent teenagers apprehended (video)

An unusual incident that occurred at night in the capital has sparked significant public discussion. What initially appeared to be a coincidence has been revealed to be a pre-planned event. The Tashkent City Traffic Safety Department announced the results of an investigation into the incident in the Yunusabad district.

It was determined that the driver of a Nexia-2 vehicle had reached a prior agreement with minors who were begging at the intersection. Their actions were not accidental but were carried out based on a specially staged scenario.

On the day of the incident, the driver was operating the vehicle while playing loud music. At that time, the teenagers climbed onto the roof of the car and danced while it was in motion. This created a situation that not only attracted the attention of bystanders but also posed a serious threat to road safety.

The incident occurred on April 26 at approximately 02:00 at the intersection of Amir Temur, Navoi, and Shahrisabz streets. Despite the late hour, the situation quickly drew the attention of law enforcement agencies.

As a result of the investigation, an administrative report was filed against the driver, and his vehicle was impounded. The minors were taken to the internal affairs department to establish their identities and to take appropriate measures against their legal guardians.

Experts note that such "shows" may bring short-term attention, but they end in serious penalties and danger. Any dangerous behavior on the road threatens not only the participants but also the lives of other citizens.

The conclusion is simple: breaking the rules for hype is a bad idea. Because likes fade, but fines and liability remain.
