Uzbek chess players triumphed in another prestigious tournament! Talented Uzbek grandmaster Nodirbek Yakubboev won the championship at the Prague International Chess Festival in the Czech capital, Prague.

Our compatriot, who participated in the Challengers group, did not lose a single time during the tournament. In 9 rounds, he scored 7 points, leaving his opponents behind. The victory over Jonas Bjerre in the final round secured Yakubboev the championship.
