
The prestigious international boxing tournament, which has been going on in Bangkok, Thailand since May 24, has reached a critical stage. Today, a serious test for the participants of the competition is taking place - the semi-finals. Athletes defending the honor of our country are also going to fight in these competitions.
In the -85 kg weight category, our leather glove master Nusratbek Tokhirov entered the ring for a place in the final against the representative of Kazakhstan Bekzat Tangatar. The fight was held at high intensity throughout all 3 rounds. Both boxers fought hard, but the decisive advantage was on Tokhirov's side.
Our compatriot, who left his opponent in a difficult situation with accurate and powerful blows in each round, was declared the winner by the judges with a score of 4:1 and earned the right to advance to the final.
