
PSG head coach Luis Enrique shared his thoughts ahead of the crucial Club World Cup semifinal against Real Madrid.
According to him, analyzing Real isn’t easy, as the club is undergoing a tactical transformation. “This is a different Real. They now have a new coach, a new approach. Of course, Xabi Alonso is aiming to build a strong team. They have many players with great individual skill,” said Enrique.
At the same time, he emphasized that his team is fully ready: “A clash against Real shows that we’re reaching the top stages of the tournament. In matches like this, motivation becomes a key factor.”
The PSG coach also praised his fullbacks: “Achraf Hakimi is definitely one of the best fullbacks I’ve ever coached. Nuno Mendes is also playing at a world-class level on the left wing.”
Now, all eyes are on the big match set for July 9 – PSG vs Real. The winner will secure a place in the final.
