Alexander Isak's record-breaking transfer to Liverpool has been officially confirmed

A major event has taken place in the English Premier League - Swedish striker Alexander Isak will now play for Liverpool. This was announced on the club's official website.

The agreement between the parties is valid until 2031. Notably, the Reds spent £125 million on Isak's transfer. This was a new record not only for the club but also for the Premier League.

The previous transfer record also belonged to Liverpool. A few months ago, the Merseyside club signed young talent Florian Wirz from Bayer Leverkusen for £108 million.
