The 82-year-old Italian goalkeeper Lamberto Borana is actively training for his new football journey. He plans to return to the field for the club "Trevy," which plays in the 7th division, and is preparing to show his rich experience to the new generation.
Lamberto Boranga strengthened his name in Serie A and B during his career in the 1960s and 1970s, playing nearly 300 matches for prestigious Italian clubs such as Regina, Fiorentina, Regana and Brescia.
In 2011, Boranga also resumed his career - at that time, he played for "Papiano" in about 50 matches in one of the lower leagues, demonstrating his football experience. Now, he is embarking on a new journey to test himself once again and demonstrate his love for football.
Currently, Boranha is regularly training in the gym and on the terrain. His main goal is to be useful to his team in the new season and show his skills in the 7th division. At the same time, he aimed to inspire his colleagues.
Even at 82, Borana, striving to regain his place in the net, serves as a source of motivation and inspiration for football fans not only in Italy but worldwide. His return once again proves that football can continue despite age, through love and willpower.
