Coach from Wales Tony Pulis shared his opinion about the playing style of London's "Arsenal" team under the leadership of Mikel Arteta. This season, the "Gunners" have scored 9 out of their 16 Premier League goals (not counting penalties) from set-pieces.
In an interview with "The Touchline" publication, Pulis said: "I find it funny now, because 10-12 years ago I was heavily criticized by Arsenal fans and Arsene Wenger. They used to say my Stoke team played rugby, because we focused on corner kicks and throw-ins." The 67-year-old specialist has not continued his coaching career since December 2020.
"Arsenal" is currently leading the English league table with 22 points. Read “Zamin” on Telegram!
