FIFPro has announced the symbolic national team of 2025. As usual, the squad was selected by voting among professional footballers.
Footballers around the world nominated three candidates for each of four positions: goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, and forward. According to the voting results, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) players were most represented—five of the Paris club's footballers made it into the symbolic team.
Spanish giants such as Real Madrid and Barcelona also presented their stars. The FIFPro 2025 symbolic national team roster is as follows: Goalkeeper: Gianluigi Donnarumma (Italy, PSG / Manchester City) Defenders: Virgil van Dijk (Netherlands, Liverpool), Achraf Hakimi (Morocco, PSG), Nuno Mendes (Portugal, PSG) Midfielders: Jude Bellingham (England, Real Madrid), Cole Palmer (England, Chelsea), Pedri (Spain, Barcelona), Vitinha (Portugal, PSG) Forwards: Ousmane Dembele (France, PSG), Kylian Mbappé (France, Real Madrid), Lamine Yamal (Spain, Barcelona).
