Shalimov Evaluates Batrakov's Performance Against Peru

Former coach of the Russian national team, Igor Shalimov, commented on the performance of midfielder Aleksey Batrakov during the BetBoom friendly match against Peru. "Batrakov was a bit confused.

It seemed that the authority of Golovin and Aleksey Miranchuk put pressure on him. He didn’t perform at his usual level," the expert said during a broadcast on the "Match TV" channel.

It should be noted that the friendly match between the Russian and Peruvian national teams took place at the "Gazprom Arena" stadium in Saint Petersburg and ended in a 1–1 draw.
