Barcelona not offering Lewandowski a new contract

The Barcelona management has not yet made a final decision regarding the future of forward Robert Lewandowski. His current contract is set to expire at the end of this season.

According to the publication Marca, the Catalan club is in no rush to initiate negotiations for a new agreement with the Polish player. The club's management intends to monitor the 37-year-old striker’s performance throughout the season.

Other teams are reportedly also watching Lewandowski's situation with interest. This season, he has played 12 matches under the guidance of Hans-Dieter Flick and scored 7 goals.
