Uzbek boxers will compete in India to reach the final

In the capital of India, New Delhi, one of the most important competitions in the boxing world - the World Boxing Cup - is approaching its decisive stage. Starting today, the semi-final matches will begin, and a number of talented athletes from our country will also enter the ring at this stage. Among them are both experienced boxers and young boxers who are making their mark in international competitions.
According to the program, the main fights of today will be held in the following weight categories. In the -48 kg category, Farzona Fazilova will compete against the talented and fast-paced Ukrainian boxer Anna Okoto. This clash is important for both athletes, as victory allows them to advance to the final.
In the -70 kg weight category, Aziza Zakirova will also face her Ukrainian opponent Anastasia Chernokolenko. This weight category is known for its fierce competition, and this fight is expected to be an important test for Zokirova.
In the +80 kg weight category, Oltinoy Sotimboyeva intends to showcase her potential against Assel Toktassin, a representative of Kazakhstan. Both athletes are known for their powerful strikes and tough character.

In the +90 kg weight category, Halimjon Mamasoliyev will compete against South Korean athlete Ju Tayeung. Mamasoliyev aims to secure a place in the final by winning today's competition.
Today's semi-finals are planned to be held in two programs: the first block starts at 13:30, and the second at 17:30. This was officially announced by the Boxing Federation of Uzbekistan.
