Real Madrid Targets Konate Acquisition


Real Madrid is planning to acquire Liverpool's central defender Ibrahima Konaté as a free agent. The French player's contract with the Reds expires next summer.

According to TEAMtalk, Real Madrid's management is confident about securing the player for their squad at the end of the season. Meanwhile, Liverpool's management is reportedly satisfied with the progress of negotiations for a new contract.

Recent talks have been described as "promising." Ibrahima Konaté remains a priority target for the Madrid side in the transfer market, despite his less outstanding performances this season.

The 26-year-old player is also attracting interest from Bayern Munich and PSG.
