Joao Gomes expresses desire to join Manchester United

"Manchester United" continues to monitor Wolverhampton midfielder Joao Gomes, according to the Manchester Evening News.

According to British media reports, the "Wolves" do not plan to part ways with the Brazilian player mid-season. However, Gomes himself is interested in joining the "Red Devils," even considering the club's absence from European competitions.

Interestingly, Gomes did not previously dream of joining "Manchester United." In 2022, before his move to Wolverhampton, he mentioned in an interview that he intended to play for "Liverpool."

The 24-year-old midfielder has participated in 15 matches this season, providing one assist and receiving five yellow cards. The Transfermarkt portal values him at €40 million.
