Messi's Inter Miami Considering Timo Werner Signing

Inter Miami forward Lionel Messi reportedly wants his team to sign German club RB Leipzig's striker Timo Werner. The German player is currently struggling to secure a place in RB Leipzig's starting lineup and is expected to leave the club during the winter transfer window.

According to the publication *Fichajes*, Messi has requested the Inter Miami management to pursue the 29-year-old striker. It is also reported that Werner himself is interested in the potential move.

RB Leipzig may not demand a high transfer fee for Timo Werner. The striker’s current contract is set to expire in the summer of 2026.
