Mbappe Disappointed by Real Madrid's Transfer Decision


Real Madrid had considered signing Liverpool defender Ibrahima Konaté next summer. However, according to recent reports, the Madrid-based club has decided not to pursue the French footballer.

According to Defensa Central, this decision has disappointed Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) forward Kylian Mbappé. He reportedly discussed Real Madrid extensively with Konaté during gatherings of the French national team.

"This is bad news for him. I'm confident he would have felt very happy here," a source revealed, citing Mbappé's thoughts.

The 26-year-old Konaté’s current contract with Liverpool is valid until mid-2026. If the contract is not extended, he could be signed as a free agent next summer.
