Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee will not be moving to Roma. The Dutch player was considered one of the primary targets for the Italian club during the winter transfer market.
However, according to the publication Il Messaggero, the club's management has decided to explore other options after observing that the 24-year-old did not demonstrate sufficient determination. It was reported that despite not having regular playing opportunities in England, Joshua has not expressed a desire to leave the club.
Now, Roma is considering a potential move for Mathys Tel. The French footballer, who currently plays for Tottenham, has struggled to secure a spot in the main lineup and might be interested in a change of environment.
According to Transfermarkt, Zirkzee is valued at €28 million, while Tel is estimated to be worth €35 million.
