Tottenham Targets Brighton Defender

Brighton's central defender Jan Paul van Hecke could join the ranks of London's Tottenham Hotspur football club. This was reported by TEAMtalk.

According to the source, the Spurs are closely monitoring the performance of the 25-year-old Dutch player. Van Hecke's contract with his current team is set to expire in the summer of 2027.

As a result, Brighton may sell him next year to avoid the risk of losing the player for free. The transfer fee is estimated to be around 45 million euros.

This season, van Hecke has played in 16 matches across all competitions, scoring three goals. In the upcoming round of the English Premier League, Tottenham will host Brentford on December 6, while Brighton will face West Ham at home on December 7.
