
In the 13th round of the German Championship, RB Leipzig hosted Eintracht Frankfurt and achieved a stunning victory. In the 5th minute of the match, Konrad Harder opened the scoring (1-0) following an assist from Christoph Baumgartner.
Later, Mahmoud Dahoud's shot hit the crossbar, but Baumgartner converted the rebound into the net, making it 2-0. However, another goal by Baumgartner was disallowed due to an offside call.
At the beginning of the second half, the hosts launched a quick attack, with Jan Diomande extending the lead to 3-0. Shortly after, Antonio Nusa's shot struck the post, but Diomande responded with his second goal within eight minutes (4-0).
In the 62nd minute, the hosts were awarded a penalty. David Raum converted it into a goal, making it 5-0.
An outstanding performance by Diomande saw him complete his hat trick by the 65th minute, securing the final 6-0 score. This victory allowed the "Red Bulls" to retain their second place in the Bundesliga standings, although they remain eight points behind league leaders Bayern Munich.
