Ekitike Scores Two Goals to Break Record

The 15th round matches of the English Premier League are ongoing. Liverpool successfully scored two goals early in the second half of their match against Leeds.

Both goals were scored by French footballer Hugo Ekitike. Interestingly, Ekitike has become the first player in the history of the English championship in the last 6.5 years to score two goals within the first five minutes of the second half.

The last time this feat was achieved was in March 2019, when Manchester City player Raheem Sterling scored twice against Watford.
