Mike Maignan demands salary increase


French goalkeeper Mike Maignan is facing difficulties in negotiations over a new contract with AC Milan. The player is demanding an annual salary of 8 million euros, while the club is only offering 5 million euros.

This was reported by Italian journalist Claudio Raimondi. According to Raimondi, AC Milan has already started searching for a replacement goalkeeper for Maignan.

Currently, Maignan is expected to receive offers from some of the most prestigious and wealthy clubs in Europe. It should be noted that Mike Maignan has been playing for AC Milan since 2021.

In his very first season with the club, he helped secure the Serie A title (Scudetto). Prior to that, Maignan played for the French club Lille.
