Barcelona midfielder Pedri shared his thoughts on the victory against Frankfurt's Eintracht team. Although the team was initially defeated in the first half, they secured a 2-1 victory in the second half, thanks to two goals scored by Jules Koundé.
Commenting on the match, Pedri said: "We recovered and secured three points, but the game was very difficult. In the first half, Eintracht played very compactly.
During the break, we made the necessary adjustments, and it paid off. The opponent defended with six players in the last line, which surprised us.
It is tough to play against such defense, but we found a solution. I am very happy for Koundé—he worked hard, and these goals will benefit him." In the next round, Barcelona will face Prague's Slavia.
