Ukraine National Team to Play in Valencia

The Ukrainian Football Association (UFA) has determined the location for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification play-off matches. The Ukrainian national team will face Sweden in the semi-final in the Spanish city of Valencia, at the "Estadi Ciutat de València," the home stadium of Levante club.

The stadium has a capacity of 26,354 spectators. If the Ukrainian team defeats Sweden, they will play the decisive match, also at this stadium, against the winner of the game between Poland and Albania.

Previously, the Ukrainian national team held their home matches in Poland. However, due to the possibility of facing the Polish national team in the play-off final, Ukraine decided to choose another country for hosting, ensuring that their official home game would not turn into an away match.
