Okko commentator Pavel Razzhivin considers Russian midfielder Aleksandr Golovin one of the most important players under the management of AS Monaco’s head coach Sebastién Pocognoli. According to Razzhivin, Golovin’s ability to play in multiple positions simultaneously makes him especially valuable for the team.
“Under Pocognoli, Aleksandr is a key figure for the team; he can cover several positions at once,” the journalist was quoted as saying by the publication “Championat.” After 15 rounds, AS Monaco has accumulated 23 points and is currently in 7th place in the league standings.
Pocognoli took over the management of the team during the season, replacing Adolf Hütter in this role. In the central match of Round 16, AS Monaco is set to face Marseille in an away game.
The game will take place on December 14, starting at 10:45 PM Moscow time. In the 2025/2026 season, Golovin has participated in 13 matches, scoring 2 goals and providing 1 assist.
