AS Monaco midfielder Aleksandr Golovin shared his thoughts on teammate Paul Pogba's current condition. According to the Russian footballer, the French midfielder is struggling to regain his form.
Golovin stated that Pogba is facing difficulties adapting to training workloads after a prolonged hiatus and is not yet physically ready. “It’s tough for him right now.
He is not physically prepared at all at the moment. Very tough,” Golovin said during an episode of the FONtour travel show.
Golovin confirmed that the World Cup champion has been training with the main group and working with the team for several weeks, but his condition is still far from optimal. It is worth noting that Pogba has not played since September 2023 due to a suspension for violating anti-doping regulations.
